Radnorshire Wildlife Trust is delighted to announce that Winncare, local business and leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions, have joined the Trust as corporate members. This collaboration reflects Winncare's commitment to environmental sustainability and conservation, aligning the company's values with the vital work carried out by Radnorshire Wildlife Trust.

Winncare themselves have recently been awarded B Corp status, reflecting their commitment to the planet and recognising the importance of preserving and protecting our natural environment for future generations. By joining Radnorshire Wildlife Trust as corporate members, Winncare aims to contribute to the Trust's efforts in conserving and enhancing the biodiversity of Radnorshire and its surrounding areas, as well as reducing the impacts of climate change. Radnorshire Wildlife Trust works hard to manage seventeen nature reserves as exemplar sites and one recently purchased farm, Pentwyn – an ambitious project with a 30-year vision for sustainable land management and the restoration of nature.

James Hitchcock, Chief Executive Officer for Radnorshire Wildlife Trust: "We are delighted to welcome Winncare as corporate members of Radnorshire Wildlife Trust. Their commitment to environmental sustainability make them a valuable addition to our network of supporters. We're impressed by their commitment to net zero and their recent B Corp status and we look forward to developing this partnership. Our history with Winncare goes back to the days of Mangar, as David Garman, their founder, was a Trustee and then president of our Trust.  Like Winncare, we are deeply rooted in Radnorshire and the communities we live and work in.”

By working closely with the Trust, Winncare seeks to promote sustainable practices and raise awareness about the importance of environmental stewardship among its employees, customers, and the wider community.

Simon Claridge, Chief Executive Officer of Winncare: “Our corporate membership with Radnorshire Wildlife Trust reflects the commitment we have made to our team of staff, customers, and suppliers to build an environmentally sustainable business. As a rural organisation located in Presteigne, we are in a great place to build our relationship with the Trust and give our staff real opportunities to engage with the community and learn more about the biodiversity in the area. We are excited about the opportunities our collaboration will bring to Winncare and look forward to putting our environmental values into practice.”
