Farm and land advice service

This free service is operated and managed by the Radnorshire Wildlife Trust. Team members are professional, experienced, friendly and trained to provide unique and realistic advice to farmers, small holders and landowners, big and small. 

The service is non regulatory, transparent, non-judgemental and open to all. 

The aim of this service is to assist clients to develop sustainable, resilient land management through the provision of site assessment and advice, benefitting both owners and wildlife alike.   

Advice offered:

  • Habitat and species management, management and work plans  

  • Ecological surveys   

  • Basis Soil and water management  

  • Basic pond and wetland management and maintenance  

Grants and Schemes:

  • Identify appropriate funds and schemes 

  • Provide application guidance – staff dependent
