About the event

Summer is the perfect time to see the wide range of wonderful plants that thrive at Burfa Bog. Come along and join Bronwen Jenkins, as she gives us a tour of some of the best spots that Burfa has to offer.

Meeting at the entrance, we will join Bronwen for a stroll through the best parts of the nature reserve to discover what amazing bog flora Burfa has to offer and learn some basic ways of identifying them. The walk will take approximately two hours to complete.

Please make sure to wear sturdy boots as some of the terrain we will be walking on is uneven and wet. And please bring appropriate clothing (waterproof jacket, jumper, sun hat) for Wales in Summer!

Spaces for this walk will be limited to 10 people, please book in advance to guarantee a spot. Some spaces may be available on the day if all spots have not been filled, please contact in advance to register interest if this is the case.

This event is free, but donations are always welcome!
