Join our market garden tenants for a people and planet themed open day at the Pentwyn market garden. There will be lots to do:

• Biochar demo - How to make and use biochar
• No-dig growing tips
• Visit the veg beds
• Make a bug hotel or bird box
• Take a walk and learn about veteran trees
• Nature inspired creative writing 
• Find out about volunteer opportunities with the market garden
• Learn more about the Wilder Pentwyn Project
• Free hot drinks and soup

All welcome! Family friendly activities! We'll have hot drinks and soup to warm you - as well as the biochar burner. Wear sturdy shoes, boots or wellies. 

Please share cars as much as possible - or pick up our FREE minibus from Presteigne, Knighton or Llangunllo - see times below.

Pickup: 
Leave Presteigne 9am - the Memorial Hall, stopping at Knighton 9.20am - The Community Centre, Llangunllo - The Greyhound 9.42am - arrive at Pentwyn 10:00am.

Return: 
Leave Pentwyn 2pm, arrive Llangunllo 2.20pm, Knighton 2.40pm, Presteigne 3.00pm.
